Terms & Conditions of Business

Woop Studios Limited welcome you to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Woop Studios Limited's relationship with you in relation to this website. If, for whatever reason, you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term "Woop Studios Limited" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" or "client"or "customer"refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 hours 'Monday – Friday' however on occasion this might not be possible. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

UK Shipping

Within the UK orders are sent as follows: –

Royal Mail First Class Recorded – all unframed prints will be dispatched in protective tubes via this service. The Royal Mail states that this service takes 1 to 2 working days and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note the delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

UK Courier Service – This service is used for all framed prints. Your order will usually be shipped via a courier. Couriers will deliver the next working day after your package has been dispatched and a signature will be required upon delivery.

International Shipping

Outside of the UK orders are sent as follows: –

Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-for – The Royal Mail states that this service takes 3-7 working days for customers in Europe and 5-10 working days for customers outside of Europe. A signature will be required upon delivery and the package will be partially trackable in some countries. Please note the delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Framed prints are not available outside the UK.

Resending returned items

We realise that sometimes deliveries can be problematic. If a package isn't successfully delivered upon its initial delivery – it will be held at a local collection centre. If it is not collected within a standard time the package will be returned to us. We will happily resend packages that have been returned to us. However, we ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package.

Cancellations

Typically orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing oscar@woopstudios.com It's important that you let us know as quickly as you can if you want to cancel an order and if you notify us and request a cancellation before your order is shipped we will gladly process a full refund. If you request to cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until the item(s) has been returned to us. Once returned to us we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s), but we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs paid.

Refunds

We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive from us. However, if you are not then please get in touch via email to oscar@woopstudios.com within 10 days of receipt to arrange a return.

If an item arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away, however in some rare cases it may not be possible to supply an exact replacement, in which case a refund or exchange will be offered.

We require you to return the item to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund. We can only exchange on the same product. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed.

Any returned items will be refunded minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. We will only replace with the same item.

If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is entirely your responsibility until we receive it. If it gets lost we will not be able to refund you or replace the item.

Please note, framed prints may only be returned for a refund should the item be faulty.

Security of Payments

Your security is of paramount importance to us. We have selected SagePay and HSBC as our payment and banking partners. All of your payment related information is processed by SagePay – we don't keep or store any card details on our servers. Your card details are verified automatically online by our payment processor, SagePay.

Privacy and our mailing list

Nobody we know likes getting «spammed» and we don't do it. We ask all of our clients to opt in to receiving email from us. If you sign up to our mailing list we will email you from time to time to send you our newsletter; when new products are released; and when events are taking place. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list at any time please follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our emails. We will never disclose your email address to any other individual or company.

Prices

We've tried to make our pricing policy as straightforward as possible. To that end we have included postage and packing and Value Added Tax ("VAT") at the level appropriate within the European Community. Purchasers outside the European Community are liable to pay all applicable duties. All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment. If you have made an order and checked out we will not change the price on you.

Payment

All transactions are processed in the currency selected by the customers. We accept payment in Pound Sterling, US Dollars and Euro. We accept the following methods of payment.

Reproduction is prohibited other than without the prior written permission from Woop Studios Limited. Disputes and Governing Law

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England.
