Frequently Asked Questions

We get asked lots of questions and below we have written the answers to some questions that come up frequently and that you might have.

1. How do I place an order?

Excellent question. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to order so please forgive us if it doesn’t seem that way to you now.

Once you’ve selected the size of print you wish to purchase and decided whether you want it framed or not simply click the 'add to basket' button and you will be taken to checkout. Once here you will have the opportunity to edit your order if you wish, before purchasing.

Once you are happy with your order please press “checkout” and you will be asked to enter your payment and delivery details. At this point you can also opt to set up your own account that will save you time in the future.

If you chose to set up an account, we will ask you for your delivery and billing addresses before requesting your payment details.

Once processed you can elect to print out your order details or simply await a confirmation email from us.

If you have any trouble placing an order please email woop@woopstudios.com and he will do his best to resolve any issue.

2. Do your prices include postage and packing?

Yes they do – we wanted to make dealing with us as easy as possible and avoid adding loads of extras onto the headline price you see.

3. Can I purchase framed prints?

Yes you can. We’ve selected 4 sizes of Pearl Matt Black by Nielsen – but only for delivery in the UK.

4. What currencies can I pay in?

Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros – you can change the currency that you see prices displayed in by selecting one of these three currencies in the top right of the website header.

5. How can I pay?

All transactions are processed in the currency selected by the customers. We accept payment in Pound Sterling, US Dollars and Euro. We accept the following methods of payment.

6. How are limited edition prints dispatched?

In protective tubes via The Royal Mail

7. How are framed limited edition prints dispatched?

They are sent as quickly as we can get them to you in protective boxes via The Royal Mail. Framed prints are only available for delivery in the UK.

8. Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, we accept Pound Sterling cheques drawn upon UK banks. Please address the cheque to “Woop Studios Limited” and send it to Harriet Logan, Saling Barn, Piccotts Lane, Great Saling, Essex CM7 5DW United Kingdom.

Before doing so - please contact us so that we can ensure the item(s) are in stock and reserved for you.

9. I’ve made a mistake - can I cancel my order?

We’re all human and yes you can cancel. But let us know as soon as possible by contacting woop@woopstudios.com If we’ve already sent the item(s) we ask you to send them back and once we’ve got them we will refund you.

10. How do I make a return?

We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive from us. However, if you are not then please get in touch via email to woop@woopstudios.com within 10 days of receipt to arrange a return. See our Terms & Conditions for a full explanation.

12. Do you have a wholesale option for retailers?

13. Would you be interested in seeing my work? Maybe we could work together?

You never know. Currently we are not actively seeking new artists. However, we invite you to send through links to your portfolio so that we might consider working with you in the future.

14. What if I’ve got a question that isn’t on this list?

15. Have you any plans for further products?

Yes. We are exploring possibilities in a number of directions.Theseinclude A5 postcards, greetings cards, games, books and an app. We are looking for potential partners to assist us develop these ideas andopportunities. Since we launched the number one question that we havereceived has concerned books and postcards.

16. What are the sizes of your limited editions?

The prints come in the following limited editions: - small 250; medium 150; large 100; extra large 50; and box sets 11.

17. What are EDC's details?

EDC are open from 10.00 - 18.00 Monday to Saturday
